Strong persuasion skills. Ability to meet sales targets. Efficient in client coordination. Proficiency in sales-related tasks. Location: Parag Dairy Road, Ashiyana, colony Sector M1 Lucknow Uttar Pradesh 226012 Educational Qualification: Graduation Pursuing/ Graduate. Compensation: CTC : 15,000 to 25,000/ month+incentives. Provident Fund (PF) contributions apply. Job Description: Completing Target of your team. Team handling of 5 to 10 ARO's. Conduct cold calls to potential or existing customers to introduce them to our products or services using prepared scripts. Address customer inquiries about our products or the company. Engage with customers to understand their needs and to close sales. Aim to achieve and surpass sales quotas and contribute to future sales. Candidates with prior experience in DSA, NBFCs, or banks will be given preference.
