Job Description
- 9 - 12 Years 1 Opening Mumbai Role description Minimum 12 years of experience in an IT environment. In-depth understanding of data validation frameworks, automation frameworks, and tools like Selenium, with working knowledge of Java/Python. Experience in TestComplete. Significant experience in designing automation frameworks. At least 6 years of experience in test automation and a minimum of 3 years in a test architect role. Experience managing cloud migration, modernization, and transformation projects for at least one year. Expertise in various phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Good exposure to the Testing Life Cycle and Bug Life Cycle. Experience conducting test case reviews, providing project status reports, coordinating all release planning, and leading the testing team through all project phases. Experience mentoring new team members and leading teams of 30+ associates. Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including requirements analysis, detailed planning, and risk assessment. Effective organizational and communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver technical presentations tailored to the audience. Defined strategy for both functional and non-functional testing, including functional automation, integration testing, and performance testing. Strong experience in designing large enterprise-level system integration testing strategies.
