customer success associate insurance
location: office no 1501, 1508, nyati enthral, sr. no. 12/1a, mundhwa-kharadi bypass, kharadi south main road, kharadi, pune, maharashtra 411014
work mode: work from office
nature of account: domestic
department: insurance (health, motor & life)
shift: rotational shift (day shift for females up to 8 pm; rotational for males)
working days: 6 days/week
position overview:
we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-centric individuals to join our growing customer success team. as a customer success associate, you will play a key role in advising and guiding customers towards the most suitable insurance products, including health, motor, and life insurance. this is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals with a passion for customer engagement and a knack for sales.
key responsibilities:
make outbound calls to interested leads and guide them through appropriate insurance solutions.
build a deep understanding of customer requirements and match them with relevant insurance products.
maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer concerns with professionalism.
meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.
maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in internal systems.
stay up to date on insurance products, features, and market updates.
eligibility criteria:
education: graduate in any discipline.
experience: open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
preferred: experience in insurance and a flair for sales is a plus.
languages required: fluent in english and hindi.
communication skills:
excellent verbal and written communication in both languages.
must be free from MTI (mother tongue influence) and RTI (regional tone influence).
strong grammar and pronunciation skills are a must.
salary:
freshers: up to 25,000 ctc
experienced candidates: up to 35,000 ctc (based on last drawn salary)
