Job Description
- We are looking for a Senior QA who will be responsible for identifying test scenarios and writing and executing test scripts for analytical dashboard and reporting testing. Evaluates risk and defects. Conducts general root cause analysis. Works independently within an established framework. About You experience, education, skills, and accomplishments At least bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science or engineering Experience writing and maintaining integration test cases. At least 2 years of QA Manual Testing experience. What will you be doing in this role Designs, implements, executes, and debugs/fixes automated tests of moderate complexity. Identifies risk and develops and implements mitigation plans under general supervision. Configures regression framework to run against different instances. Estimates effort required for given story or task. Provides inputs and escalates issues in bug triage meetings and coordinates with development team. Uses developing skills to conduct root cause analysis, escalating significantly complex issues as necessary. Provides support and mentorship to team members. About the team: The Shared Services Enterprise Systems QA team focuses on ensuring the quality of a large variety of projects like data warehouse reporting, data analytics, end to end integration, and admin system testing. This involves functional testing, regression testing, automated testing, and continuous integration testing. A strong QA process leads to a more reliable product or service, which enhances the user experience and builds trust with customers.
