About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a Continental Chef with a global palate, creative edge, and a finger firmly on the pulse of modern food trends. If you live and breathe bold flavorsfrom saucy Italian pastas to spicy Mexican street food to classic American comfort fareand love experimenting with modern plating and dietary-conscious dishes, this is your stage.

This isnt your typical back-of-house role. We want someone who brings energy into the kitchen, stays playful with presentation, and can whip up flavor-packed plates that suit all kinds of guestsfrom keto to vegan, gluten-free to full-on indulgent.

• American Favorites: Think elevated burgers, Southern soul food, brunch classics, BBQ with a twist.

• Mexican Magic: Fresh tacos, enchiladas, salsas from scratch, and guac that people wont stop talking about.

• Italian Delights: Authentic pastas, risottos, wood-fired pizzas, and seasonal antipasti with flair.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role in a fast-paced, diverse kitchen.

• Deep knowledge of American, Mexican, and Italian cuisines (bonus points for fusion ideas!).

• Familiarity with special dietary requirements and nutrition-conscious cooking.

• Creative edge and a passion for plating, presentation, and culinary trends.

• Strong grasp on ingredient sourcing, menu planning, and cost control.

• A positive, team-first attitude with great communication skills.

• Up-to-date with seasonal ingredients, kitchen tech, and market trends.
