Tele Marketing Executive @ Auris Finmart

Job Description

Auris Finmart is looking for experienced and highly motivated Telecallers / Telemarketers with a strong background in Mutual Fund sales and financial product knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, educating potential customers, and converting inquiries into sales through telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Mutual Fund products and financial planning services.
• Explain product features and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and client interactions in CRM.
• Follow up with prospects and assist with onboarding processes.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPI metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Mutual Fund / Financial Services / Telecalling / Telemarketing.

• Sound knowledge of financial products like Mutual Funds, SIPs, and other investment instruments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi, English, and/or Bengali.

• Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets consistently.

• Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM tools.
