Job Title: Customer Service Executive Domestic Voice Process
Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad
Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Domestic Voice Process team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will interact with customers across India via phone to resolve queries efficiently and professionally, adhering to standard procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls daily
Resolve customer issues effectively and deliver high-quality service.
Work 6 days a week with rotational weekly off.
Attend in-office connect sessions every two months (for WFH employees).
Shift timings vary by gender and mode (WFO/WFH) and are subject to business needs.
Work from home eligibility post 3 months, based on performance.
Training:
3-month comprehensive training program, including 2 months of production (OJT & Nesting).
WFH option provided based on post-training performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Language: Fluency in English ,Hindi and Telugu.
Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM.
Education: 10+2, Diploma, Degree accepted. (BE/B.Tech & PG not eligible except with BPO exp)
Experience:
Freshers
Up to 2 years only if BPO experience
Mandatory documents for experienced candidates: Relieving letter & payslips.
