Position's General Duties and Tasks*
- Resolves more complex client situations by applying demonstrated knowledge and skills generally acquired through job experience.
- Ensures accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs.
- Work on behalf of insurance companies and receive inbound calls from the providers.
Requirements:
- Should have at least a year of experience in Customer Service.
- Should be a Graduation.
- Solid customer service skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English language in both verbal and written forms.
- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday (US Shifts).
