We have an urgent vacancy for our Kalyan office for the below requirement.

Job title: Education Counselor

Location :Kalyan West, Opp. Kalyan Station

Required Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Any Graduate (from any stream)

Functional Area: Sales, Retail, Educational Sales

Experience: Freshers aspiring their career in the sales feild

Key Skills :

* Student Counselling, Academic counselor, Cold calling or tele-calling sales, educational sales

* Good Communication Skills and writing skills, B2C Education Sales

Drive sales daily, weekly, and monthly and dedicated to committed numbers

Ability to increase business through references from existing students or given leads

Providing counseling to students and helping them choose the right career path

Responsible for overall Counseling Initiatives of the Consulting admission Business

Cold calling, lead generation & identifying prospects, and converting them into admissions

Must be open to travel frequently for field visits for counseling

Highly energetic, self-motivated, and able to create a good environment

Quick learner & learner for leadership

Hardworking individuals looking for the right break to grow in a self-driven environment

A result-oriented individual with a go-get attitude

Compensation: As per the industry standard + Attractive Incentives based on performance
