AR Caller Accounts Receivables (RCM)
Location: Chennai, Pune, Jaipur, Mohali, Noida, Trichy, Tambaram
Shift: Night Shift (U.S. Time Zones)
Experience: 1+ years in Accounts Receivables (RCM) / Medical Billing
Role & Key Responsibilities:
Follow-Up on Outstanding Claims: Contact insurance companies to inquire about the status of unpaid claims and assist in resolving accounts receivable issues.
Review and work on aging reports and unresolved claims.
Identify denial trends and initiate corrective actions for resolution.
Follow up on pending claims using internal practice management systems.
Document accurate and clear notes regarding actions taken and next steps.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim issues efficiently.
Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company-specific policies.
Learn Reporting: Assist in compiling data and generating reports to track accounts receivable performance and assist in identifying potential areas for improvement.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivables (RCM) or medical billing.
Good understanding of denial codes, claim lifecycle, and U.S. healthcare payer processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work night shifts and in a performance-driven environment.
Familiarity with EHR/EMR and practice management systems.
Good knowledge of revenue cycle and denial management concept
