Job Description:

Were seeking a Business Analyst to support our Sales Strategy & Operations team focused on Global Acquisitions to help Inform & Educate our Sales & Strategy Teams. In this function, you will act as the analytical powerhouse that builds the most meaningful and actionable dashboards and reports for our Sales Teams to Empower them for action.
You will work on providing teams with granular and strategic data; critical data and insights that will drive Sales Programs. Youll be charged with generating insights and packaging findings for internal teams; identifying trends, and turning data into actionable insights that drive revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales teams to build real-time reference points through Dashboards & Reports through Big Query/MODE and Salesforce.
  • For non-existing data views, youll work with teams to build prototypes & blueprints to help Sales & Strategy Teams implement larger meaningful analyses into their business.
  • Create advanced SQL queries, reports, & dashboards to extract actionable insights from data to power business decisions Create advanced SFDC queries, reports, & dashboards to extract actionable insights from data to power business decisions.
  • Measure and track Key Initiatives across the client's Acquisitions Business.
  • Drive efficient processes to further streamline business operations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and how to leverage its data, including how to visualize in the form of dashboards, reports, and automated notifications.
  • Project Management: Effectively manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives and deadlines are met.
  • Problem Identification and Resolution: Proactively identify potential obstacles, bottlenecks, and risks within projects.
  • Develop innovative and practical solutions to address these challenges.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
  • Actively communicate project updates, resolve issues, and ensure alignment of goals. Independent Work: Take ownership of assigned projects and work independently to drive progress and achieve results.
  • Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and resourcefulness.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables.
  • Regularly monitor and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful execution.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project performance.
  • Regularly monitor and report on progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Propose and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or business strategy.
  • Experience with analyzing data using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, R/Python, SFDC, and/or SQL mandatory.
  • Experience with BigQuery and Mode is a must Ability to succinctly communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders and guide them towards data-driven decisions.
  • Working with Sales teams is a plus.
  • Experience with the Reddit Ads & Social Media Advertising Industry a plus.
  • Examples of requested tasks: Ads Registration to Lead Creation & monitoring and insights. All slices and dices of these metrics by industry, team, etc.
  • Tying account-level revenue(Big Query) to salesforce reporting Build foundational reporting around sales metrics (lead conversion, opportunity forecasting, bookings).
  • Create real-time dashboards that a sales leader can easily follow.
  • Be able to identify customer needs and develop reporting requirements for BI dashboards that will drive business decisions and recommendations.
  • Monitor sales performance efficiency and drive recommendations for improvement plans. There are multiple levers Sales Leadership can pull. It is our job to identify the correct one Analyze and define key metrics that map to business initiatives.
  • Identify root cause and surface actionable insights focusing on improving team performance around key customer lifecycle and conversion metrics.

Skills Required:

  • A strong desire to execute, drive impact, and demonstrate urgency with projects big and small.
  • Comfort operating independently in a fast-changing environment and with multiple people relying on you.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and how to leverage its data, including how to visualize in the form of dashboards, reports, and automated notifications.
  • Ability to create reports and dashboards in both SQL and Mode Ability to merge BigQuery and Salesforce data for reporting purposes.
