Job Duties
Importing data from PDH, OBIA and OBIEE, finalizing and reconciling reports for various geographies in Excel, PPT, and Smartsheets.
Supporting teams across various geographies in managing schedules, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
Create graphs to compare durations between plan, trending, and actuals deliveries.
Support in creating dashboards Early, on time and delayed deliveries broken up as per geographies.
Troubleshoot Smartsheet access issues. Grant and remove Smartsheet Access as per requirements.
Manage data, including clean up, and back up.
Update documentation on workflows and processes.
Support Quality Assurance activities.
Understand Pearson s collaboration, workflow, data, and document management best practices.
Work closely with business colleagues to analyze and determine detailed business reporting requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned which may include, but not be limited to support, setup, mentoring and quality assurance.
Help in developing new workflows and maintaining current workflows.

Previous experience as a data analyst.
Experience coordinating a business process.
Experience working with internal business partners.
Ability to research and provide real-time assistance on Smartsheets.
Experience with online conferencing and team collaboration tools, preferably with Microsoft Teams.
Minimum one year of experience working in an Office 365 (cloud and desktop) environment.
Minimum one year of experience with Smartsheets and Tableau.
Desired Skills
Smartsheet, MS Project, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), requirements analysis.
Experience in Tableau.
Experience documenting business processes and procedures.
