Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
2. Content Editing: Assist in creating and editing written, video, and photo content.
3. Live Content: Attend events and produce live social media content.
4. Brand Voice: Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels.
5. Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to create a social media calendar.
6. Analytics: Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
7. Social Media Management: Monitor social media channels, interact with users, and respond to messages and comments.
Key Skills:
1. Social Media Proficiency: Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and management tools.
2. Content Creation: Strong copywriting and copy editing skills.
3. Communication: Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills.
4. Time Management: Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask.
5. Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure.
Education and Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree: Marketing or a related field.
2. Experience: 1-3 years' experience with B2C social media marketing or content development.
3. Tools: Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinkler), Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) is a plus.
