Senior Software Engineer / RoR Developer / Python Developer / Java Developer

As one of the early members of the team you will have the opportunity to work on exciting technical challenges from a clean slate. You will work with the CTO and business team to define the capabilities of the Investment platform and architect the system from the ground up.

The ideal candidate profile :

1. Bachelors in Engineering from a reputed institute

2. About 4-7 years professional experience in software development.

3. Expert in Ruby on Rails (or, a similar web-application framework), JavaScript (Vue JS, React JS, Lodash JS, Angular JS, JQuery, functional programming in JS, RSpec, factory_girl).

4. Expert in automated web scraping using JavaScript/ Python, regular expressions, Selenium, Phantom JS, D3/ HighChart.

5. Excellent understanding of core computer science concepts like data structure, algorithms, OOP, system design, networking, security, memory management.

6. Must be able to work independently with business owners to understand requirements and deliver high quality software with minimal management or coaching.

7. Must develop modular, well tested software adopting relevant coding standards, and best practices; be able to prototype UX concepts prior to feature implementation.

8. Must have experience working in a team building multi-tiered, customer facing Internet applications.

9. Worked in an agile team with focus on SCRUM methodology,interactive & test-driven development, continuous integration, and automated testing.

10. Be an individual who gets things done with minimal supervision.

11. Excellent logical and analytical reasoning capabilities.

12.Excellent oral and written communication.

Is a plus:

1. Server side tech stacks / full stack experience.

2. Experience in Trading or Finance domain.

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
