They are currently developing a luxurious freehold community spread across eight million square feet in the heart of Dubai, as part of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City master development.
Job Title: Sales Associate (Hebrew speakers)- Real Estate Dubai
Responsible to achieve and exceed all tasks and objectives in a timely manner.
Working closely with Sales Agents within the business
Pipeline Management and Reporting
Achieve monthly targets.
New business generation. Key Skills:
- A deep understanding of different developers and projects in Dubai market
- Strong network with brokers (working on off plan projects)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Can speak multiple languages (preferred)
- Strong database of HNI clients (preferred)
Knowledge of other local developers and their projects is a mandate so that comparisons can be made during sales meetings with investors.
Candidates should be holding employment, tourist, cancelled visa, parent/spouse sponsored visa, freelance/investor visa, etc. as the documentation and visa application can be quicker and easier in these cases.
The passport and visa of the candidate must be valid for a minimum of 6 months. If the candidate holds an investor or partner visa they must have a valid trade license copy, active labor card and medical insurance.

Experience: atleast 2-5 years of relevant experience in the Dubai off-plan market with various developers or top brokerage companies.
