- Job Title: Kafka Developer & Administrator Location: Bangalore Company: Translab.io Job Overview: Translab.io is seeking highly motivated and skilled professionals with 2+ years of experience to join our team as Kafka Developers & Administrators. We are looking for two individuals with a strong background in Kafka development and administration, as well as expertise in Change Data Capture (CDC), Debezium, deployment, and performance tuning. Candidates with experience in product development and proficiency in PySpark and Python will have a distinct advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, manage, and administer Kafka clusters to ensure seamless data streaming. - Implement and manage Change Data Capture (CDC) processes using Debezium. - Handle Kafka deployment and ensure high availability and scalability of services. - Conduct performance tuning and optimization to enhance Kafka cluster performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth integration with other systems and services. - Assist in the design and development of streaming architectures and solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kafka clusters, pipelines, and integrations. Required Skills & Experience: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in Kafka development and administration. - Strong knowledge of CDC concepts and implementation using Debezium. - Experience in Kafka cluster deployment and monitoring. - Proficiency in performance tuning and optimizing Kafka operations. - Product development experience is preferred. - Knowledge of PySpark and Python is a plus. - Good understanding of distributed systems and data streaming architectures. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,
