As a Senior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the overall merchandising strategy. Your tasks will include analyzing market trends, developing product assortments, negotiating with suppliers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and maximize profitability. Qualifications Experience in merchandising, product development, and retail operations Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales performance data Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other merchandising tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,
