- Job Title: Node.js Developer Location: CHENNAI, HYDERABAD, GANDHINAGAR, KOLKATA Job Type: Contract Experience: 6-8 Years Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Node.js Developer with a passion for building scalable and efficient server-side applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Node.js and related technologies, and a deep understanding of JavaScript. You will work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain web applications that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Design and implement APIs for web and mobile applications. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure functionality and performance. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Node.js and JavaScript development. Work with DevOps to deploy and monitor applications in production environments. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong experience in Node.js development and JavaScript. Proficiency with Express.js or other Node.js frameworks. Experience with RESTful API design and development. Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, React, Angular) is a plus. Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of security best practices in web development. Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.,
