Job Description:
- Manage the day to day operations of the Outbound & Inbound Sales team
- Should be confident, presentable, energetic and interactive.
- Train and Coach the team members on outbound Callings & best practices
- Ensure the attrition levels are within the desired levels
- Keep the team focused on achieving the individual Daily, Weekly & Monthly targets and conversions
- Ensure compliance parameters are met
- Ensure the team and individual KRAs are met
- Setting and Meeting Performance Targets for Accuracy, Efficiency and Quality
- Monitor the performance standards of the team against planned objectives, and recommending and/or taking corrective actions
- SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE OUTBOUND CALLS IN ABSENCE OF A TEAM MEMBER.
Salary: 35k to 40k (In Hand)

Profile 2: Learning Consultants

Experience: 3 to 5 years
Job Description:
1). Driving inquiries and admissions for the online and blended learning
programs offered, through Outbound & Inbound Calls
2) Looking after entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with leads
till the final conversion through Outbound & Inbound Calls
3.) Counseling professionals via call, email or chat and suggesting the
best course for prospective students
4.) Updating and maintaining MIS reports
5.) Coordinating with marketing team to fine tune marketing plans related
to admissions.
6) Achieving Daily, Weekly &; Monthly Sales targets

Salary: 25k to 30k (In Hand)
