Job Description

    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing support to various departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels. Oversee housekeeping and ensure cleanliness and safety of the office premises. Manage travel arrangements, including ticket bookings, accommodations, and itineraries. Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment. Documentation & File Management: Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurately recorded and easily accessible. Ensure proper documentation of office activities, policies, and records. Handle visitor management, including greeting guests and coordinating meeting room arrangements. Stationery & Supplies Management: Monitor and manage stationery inventory, ensuring timely replenishment. Source and liaise with vendors for procurement of office supplies and services. Administrative Support: Assist HR and other departments with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, presentations, and reports. Support event planning and coordination, including internal meetings, workshops, and company events. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and phone calls, directing them to appropriate departments. Compliance & Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining records related to employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related data. Ensure adherence to office policies and legal regulations. Travel & Visitor Management: Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and visitors, ensuring smooth travel logistics. Manage visitor appointments and meetings, maintaining professional reception.
