We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Center Manager to lead our education center. Position Overview The Center Manager will be responsible for driving admissions, managing day-to-day operations, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate has 8-12 years of experience in sales and center management, preferably in the education, retail banking, financial services (insurance), real estate, or automobile industries. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly admission targets. Conduct effective sales presentations and career seminars at schools, colleges, and educational institutes. Student Admission & Experience: Oversee the end-to-end admission process, including documentation and batch formation.
Ensure an exceptional student experience through seamless onboarding and engagement. Team & Center Operations Management: Lead, train, and motivate the center team to achieve sales and operational goals. Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high performance.` Counseling & Relationship Management: Address student and parent queries with clarity to facilitate decision-making.
Build strong relationships with prospective students and academic institutions. Marketing & Outreach: Execute Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility. Implement Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) strategies to drive enrollments. Required Skills & Experience Experience: 8-12 years in sales & center management. Industry Exposure: Preferred backgrounds include Education, Retail Banking, Financial Selling (Insurance), Real Estate, or Automobile sectors. Strong Leadership & Sales Acumen: Ability to drive revenue growth and manage teams effectively. Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Confidently engage with students, parents, and stakeholders. Strategic & Goal-Oriented Mindset: Passionate about achieving and exceeding targets. Education Industry Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in the education sector is a plus.
