Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Structural Supervisor oversees and manages the structural aspects of a construction project, ensuring compliance with blueprints, safety standards, and project timelines.

Directs and coordinates workers, subcontractors, and suppliers involved in structural construction, ensuring they adhere to plans and specifications.
Implements and enforces safety regulations and procedures, conducting regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Monitors the quality of structural work, ensuring it meets project specifications and industry standards.
Monitors project progress, identifies potential delays, and implements corrective actions to maintain the schedule.
Manages the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient and cost-effective project execution.
