Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and highly organized individuals to join our Internal Audit team. As an Internal Audit Associate, you will work closely with the Internal Audit Manager to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and profitability across various departments of our automobile dealership. The role involves conducting thorough audits, providing critical analysis, and preparing reports to improve overall business performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct audits of sales showrooms, service and maintenance departments, and body shop departments. Assist in monthly audits focused on sales processes, vehicle delivery, inventory management, spare parts, and cash verification. Support audits of accounting compliance, profitability reviews, and job card verification. Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth audit execution and implementation of recommendations. Monitor stock and inventory records, including vehicle, accessories, and spare parts. Assist in reviewing monthly profitability and prepare suggestions to improve the P&L. Draft audit points and prepare comprehensive audit reports for management review. Contribute to special projects, including process reviews for pre-owned commercial vehicles and other operational areas.,
