1. Lead Business and Operations of the Hospital and Administration Planning, organizing and managing all medical services of the hospital. 2. Regular meeting with Consultants for smooth function of Hospital services. 3. Work in close collaboration with clinical departments to ensure best delivery of services 4. Identifying and exploring ways and initiatives to control cost and generate revenue. 5. Ensure effective Implementation of policies and processes as laid down by the organization in clinical zone. 6. Responsible for maintaining and implementing Patient Feedback Process and conduct regular patient feedback analysis. 7. Oversees all training and continuing education for clinical staff. 8. Represent Hospital for all medico-legal issues. 9. Assures that facility is in compliance with all federal, state and local laws. 10. To oversee facility management in coordination with Quality Manager (clinical areas and operations).
