We are seeking a seasoned HR Executive Client Servicing who can independently manage HR deliverables for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in KRA/KPI design and implementation, coupled with strong client communication and HR consulting skills.
Handle day-to-day HR operations and client servicing
Design, implement, and monitor KRAs/KPIs aligned to client goals
Conduct HR audits and prepare actionable reports
Support in drafting policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
Understand client needs and provide tailored HR solutions
Ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction
Build and nurture strong professional relationships with client stakeholders
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or a related field
Minimum 7 years of overall HR experience, including 2+ years in KRA/KPI formulation and implementation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple client portfolios
