Job Description

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead the design process for a variety of high-profile projects, from residential to commercial spaces. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their vision, developing comprehensive design plans, and overseeing the execution of those plans to ensure the final product meets high standards of quality and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget. Develop design proposals that align with their vision.
• Design Development: Create detailed design plans, including layout, color schemes, furniture selection, and material specifications. Produce mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire design process, from conceptualization to implementation. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all design elements adhere to industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers and interns. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and emerging design technologies. Incorporate innovative ideas and sustainable practices into your designs
