Job Description

     

    • Job Posting & Advertising:

      • Write compelling job descriptions and post them across multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, and the companys career page.
      • Ensure job postings are well-targeted to attract suitable candidates.
    • Candidate Sourcing:

      • Actively search for candidates through various sourcing channels such as online databases, networking, employee referrals, and job fairs.
      • Attend recruitment events and campus drives to build a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
    • Screening & Shortlisting:

      • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
      • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
      • Shortlist candidates based on qualifications and job requirements.
    • Interview Coordination:

      • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and organize interview panels, ensuring a seamless interview process.
      • Ensure candidates are prepared for interviews and coordinate any logistical requirements.
    • Candidate Assessment:

      • Facilitate assessments such as skills tests or psychometric evaluations to assess candidate suitability for the role.
      • Conduct behavioral interviews to evaluate a candidate's soft skills and cultural fit with the company.
    • Communicating with Candidates:

      • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
      • Provide constructive feedback to candidates at every stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Negotiating Offers:

      • Discuss salary expectations, benefits, and other employment terms with selected candidates.
      • Extend formal job offers and handle any negotiations regarding compensation or terms of employment.
    • Onboarding:

      • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
      • Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment procedures.
      • Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
    • Building Talent Pipelines:

      • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, creating a pool of qualified talent for future job openings.
      • Maintain regular communication with passive candidates to keep them engaged and informed about future opportunities.
