Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target audience preferences, and key opportunities for the luxury real estate sector. Create and implement visually compelling and engaging digital marketing campaigns that showcase our luxury properties, targeting high-net-worth individuals and potential investors. Optimise digital marketing campaigns by continuously testing and refining messaging, targeting, and creative elements to maximise reach, engagement, and conversions. Monitor and analyse website analytics, social media metrics, and other relevant data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal team members and agencies including designers and photographers to create visually stunning and persuasive digital marketing assets that highlight the unique features and value propositions of our luxury boutique properties. Stay up-to-date with the latest luxury real estate trends, market insights, and emerging digital marketing strategies and recommend innovative approaches to elevate our brand positioning. Utilise marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead generation, nurture prospects, and facilitate personalised communication with high-value clients. Generate detailed reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, key findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management. Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor's or masters degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer in the luxury real estate industry or similar high-end market. Strong understanding of luxury branding and marketing principles, with experience in effectively targeting affluent audiences. In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, web analytics platforms, and digital marketing software. Excellent visual and written communication skills, with the ability to create captivating and persuasive content.
