Job Description Role: Oracle EPM Consultant Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 Years Job Location: Mumbai / Pune Skills: EPBCS/PCMCS/NRCS/FCCS Oracle EPM Cloud certifications, such as Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist or Oracle Certified Cloud Implementation Specialist, are a plus. Should have 3-5 years of experience in Oracle EPM Module (EPBCS / PCMCS / NRCS / FCCS) as Technical / Functional / Techno-Functional Consultant Atleast 2 modules hands-on experience will work. Roles & Responsibilities: Should have completed at least 2 Implementation or Support projects. Should have worked either on On-Premises or Cloud Application (Cloud is preferable). Should be able to Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from finance team to understand their EPM needs. Should be able to Support in designing and configuring Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Profitability and Cost Management, and other related modules. Should be able to Participate in data integration, data mapping, and data validation activities between EPM Cloud applications and external systems. Should be able to understand functional requirement of Finance team from Planning and Budgeting perspective. Should be able to create application, metadata, forms, reports, Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, Groovy Scripts, Integration, users, provisions, security, and approval process flow. Should be able to Assist in conducting system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Should be able to consult users on Consolidation, Minority Interest Calculations, Eliminations, Adjustment, IFRS reporting, GAAP reporting etc. Should be able to consult client on Budget preparation procedures, MIS preparation, Drivers based Budgeting, IFRS reporting, GAAP reporting etc Should be able to deliver demo sessions, trainings, testing and prepare deliverable documents. Should be able to do logical analysis of data and permutation combination of various scenarios. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes and financial reporting. Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Profitability and Cost Management, and other related modules. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field.,
