Position Summary: As an AI Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to boost our online presence and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our virtual consultations. You will collaborate closely with our digital marketing and consultation teams to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms that enhance user engagement, optimize virtual consultation processes, and provide personalized recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement AI algorithms and models to improve online presence and virtual consultation services. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize website performance, enhance SEO, and increase user engagement through AI-driven insights. Analyze user data to personalize marketing efforts and enhance customer experience. Design and implement AI-driven tools for virtual consultations, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and diagnostic tools. Conduct experiments to validate AI models and improve their performance. Integrate AI solutions into existing digital platforms and workflows. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and digital marketing technologies. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders. Document and present research findings and project progress to internal and external audiences. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models, preferably in the healthcare or digital marketing sectors. Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages. Proficiency with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and chatbot development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the field of hair restoration or dermatology. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Experience with deep learning techniques and neural networks.
