    Job Title:
    Business Development Manager (Field Sales Medical/Nursing Colleges)
    Experience: 6-10 years

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and partnerships with medical and nursing colleges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the healthcare education ecosystem. This role involves frequent travel and direct engagement with institutional stakeholders to promote our offerings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target medical and nursing colleges.

    • Conduct regular field visits to institutions across assigned territories to build relationships and close deals.

    • Identify key decision-makers within colleges and establish strong professional rapport.

    • Pitch products/services effectively, addressing the specific needs of each institution.

    • Drive lead generation, pipeline building, and conversion activities through on-ground efforts.

    • Represent the company in seminars, exhibitions, and education fairs as needed.

    • Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM tools.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.

    • Provide market feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    • 610 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in the education, healthcare, or ed-tech sectors.

    • Strong network and understanding of the medical/nursing education landscape.

    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Willingness to travel extensively (7080% field work).

    • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.

    • Bachelors degree required; MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification is a plus.
