- What is Obinex Obinex is a Pre-Seed stage Startup on a mission to develop a simple ecosystem to facilitate the adoption of the centralized economy in the decentralized space and give way to a more secure centralization. As we are in a very early stage, the equity offering is the only part of the conversation until we are funded. This will be subject to a probationary and vesting period. What will you do As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a Pre-Seed FinTech startup, you will identify and recruit top talent for key roles in blockchain, crypto, and FinTech. Youll work closely with HR Team members and Hiring Managers to define hiring needs, source candidates through specialized platforms and Web3 communities, and manage the full recruitment process. Additionally, you'll help shape the startups employer brand within the Web3 space and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Job Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with founders and key stakeholders to define critical roles in tech, product, and business development, specifically tailored to Web3/FinTech needs. Candidate Sourcing: Use specialized platforms, networks, and Web3 communities to find candidates skilled in blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), and crypto. Screening and Interviewing: Assess candidates" skills in blockchain technologies, smart contracts, crypto assets, and FinTech, ensuring alignment with startup needs. Employer Branding: Promote the startup's Web3 vision and unique culture across social media, events, and professional networks to attract top talent. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of Web3 and FinTech professionals for current and future hiring needs. Onboarding Support: Facilitate smooth integration of new hires into the startup's remote or hybrid teams, ensuring alignment with the companys fast-paced culture. Market Research: Stay updated on Web3 talent trends and competitive compensation in the crypto and FinTech sectors. What will you bring Web3 Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), smart contracts, and cryptocurrency technologies. Startup Experience: Proven experience working in fast-paced startup environments, ideally within early-stage companies where flexibility and multitasking are critical. Technical Recruiting Skills: Expertise in sourcing and assessing talent for highly technical roles like blockchain developers, smart contract engineers, and crypto product managers. Networking Abilities: Strong connections within Web3 communities, tech forums, and FinTech networks to effectively source talent. Remote Recruitment Expertise: Proficiency in hiring for remote or hybrid teams, ensuring candidates are well-suited for decentralized work environments. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage with top-tier candidates and promote the startup's mission and culture. Adaptability and Agility: Ability to adjust recruitment strategies quickly to meet evolving startup needs in a fast-changing industry. Employer Branding Experience: Experience building a compelling employer brand within Web3 and FinTech circles to attract niche talent. Data-Driven Approach: Skill in using recruiting metrics and data to optimize hiring processes and decisions. What will you get Equity: As a Pre-Seed Startup, the equity offering is the only part of the conversation until we are funded. This will be subject to a trial and vesting period. Salary: We are in the early stages of our journey and funding is limited, therefore remuneration will be considered as part of the bigger picture.
