    ob Title: Voice Technical Specialist Location: Bengaluru Shift: Day Shift Work Mode - Hybrid Experience: 2 to 4 years Designation SPE Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled SPE Technical Voice professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience , with specific expertise in Genesys Interaction Recording (GIR) and VAM (Voice Logger). This hybrid role requires excellent communication skills in English and involves working in a day shift. Key Responsibilities: Enhance customer interactions by ensuring high-quality voice recordings. Utilize Genesys Interaction Recording (GIR) and VAM (Voice Logger) to monitor and analyse voice interactions. Provide subject matter expertise in voice processes and technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service standards. Maintain and update voice recording systems and ensure compliance with company policies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice recording systems. Qualifications: 1 to 4 years of experience in a Technical voice role is mandatory. Proficiency in Genesys Interaction Recording (GIR) and VAM (Voice Logger).{Mandatory} Experience managing call logger and Avaya Call Management System).{Mandatory} Excellent communication skills in English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing work conditions. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.,
