Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting all Veeva Vault-related go-to-market activities offshore, cooperating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
We are seeking someone enthusiastic about working in an agile and dynamic work environment and ready to demonstrate their leadership and management skills. Prior experience in leading a team is essential.
Provide technical guidance to development teams working on Veeva Vault (RIMS, Safety, Quality etc.) applications.
Liaise with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements that best leverage the Vault platform.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Support business development including supporting pre-sales activities, participating in sales calls and developing proposals.
Recruiting and mentoring new team members as per project requirements. Its also important to stay updated with the latest advancements in Veeva Vault and related technologies.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical experience in Life Sciences Veeva implementations. Veeva certification will be an advantage.
This role requires strong leadership skills and proven capabilities of being an inspiring leader with an entrepreneurial mindset to scale up Veeva practice by finding new opportunities.
Good understanding and practical expertise of implementing and managing Veeva Vault configurations for Life Sciences organizations. Should have good knowledge of all the applications of Vault suite
Understanding of other Veeva Vault applications in Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality & Safety

Good knowledge of Veeva Release Management and best practices. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Experienced with the global service delivery model in project roll outs.
