Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tally Operator / Data Entry Operator to manage data entry tasks and handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
- Record and reconcile sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers
- Manage GST and TDS data entry and prepare related reports
- Maintain stock records and inventory data
- Generate invoices, bills, and challans
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Perform data entry and data verification tasks
- Support the accounts and administrative team as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tally Operator or Data Entry Operator
- Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good typing speed and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
