Job Description
-
A Technical Lead to perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Communicate and enforce coding standards
- Collaborate with team members throughout the software development life cycle, and understand the customer needs for a delightful delivery
- As a Module Lead, you will have to provide technical expertise and recommendations to support and enhance our existing modules
- You will be required to code and conduct reviews as needed, along with participating in product architecture and design
- The candidate may also be called on to provide technical, troubleshooting, and design guidance to other development teams, you should be flexible, highly adaptable, and an excellent team player
Key Responsibility: -
- Linux support. All aspects of Linux System Administration including OS patching, incident management and user requests.
- Minimum of five years experience with Red Hat, Oracle or SUSE Linux. Good communication skills.
- Experience in OS-patching
- Provide 3rd level support of all Oracle Enterprise Linux servers Redhat Linux within United Airlines
- Investigate and resolve Incident and Request Tickets.
- Participate with project teams, change management, problem management and other essential meetings required for production stability.
- Participate with the Participate with Disaster evolution of Red Hat/Oracle Enterprise Linux by testing new products and patches.
- Recovery (DR bubble tests) and other team activities.
- Overall day-to-day operations, system security, and availability of a Linux environment
- Good to Have experience in Ansible to automate the repeated tasks
Qualification: -
- B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with excellent academic record and should have relevant IT industry exposure.
- Certifications in different technologies will be preferred.
- Exposure to travel domain development is preferred.

- Good understanding of object-oriented approach
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
- Good knowledge of any database vendor versions
- Good knowledge of standard development tools
- Proficiency to use standard computing tools word processor, spreadsheet, browser, email, and file compression software
- Utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential
- Self-motivated, team player, and result oriented
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under tight project timelines
