Job Description
The UKG Service Management Platform team is seeking a ServiceNow Development support personnel. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the ServiceNow enterprise-wide platform development and administration responsibilities. This includes managing Incidents and tasks assigned to the group and developing code for the business requirements.

Job Responsibilities
- Configuration and Scripting: Configure and script on the ServiceNow platform, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and server-side scripting to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Strong Hands-on experience on UI/UX designing.
- Strong experience in designing web components using AngularJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS.
- Service portal - Creating custom widgets, Pages and understanding of existing custom widgets.
- Strong technical knowledge in: Menus, UI/Forms, UI Actions, Content Management, UI page, UI Builder, Web Services, and Jelly.
- Strong knowledge of AngularJS, JavaScript (with Widget customizations).
- Workflow Automation: Create and optimize workflows and orchestration processes within ServiceNow to automate routine tasks and streamline business processes.
- Service Catalog: Develop and maintain the Service Catalog, including the creation of catalog items, variables, and associated workflows to support IT and non-IT service requests.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to provide real-time insights into service management and operational efficiency.
- Perform day to day support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
- Manage and prioritize incidents and tasks assigned to the group
- Work directly with users to resolve Incidents and complete tasks within ServiceNow
- Develop clear and concise technical and process knowledge articles for the team
- Work with developers on defects found in the platform
The Essentials
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and work experience
- 4 - 6 years of ServiceNow Development experience
- ITIL certification is preferred
- Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven bycustomer service and teamwork
