Job Description
Qatar Airways Group continues to expand its global footprint by looking for new ways to support our strategic goals and provide opportunities to develop talent. In line with this vision, we are launching Global Business Services Division in Ahmedabad, India. Our new offices will be located in Prahlad Nagar which is a premium locality popularly known as Corporate Road that houses various business parks and commercial hubs in Ahmedabad.
We are looking forward to attract professionals within Invoice to Pay (ITP) domain across all Levels (Associate, Supervisor and Officers) to be part of this exciting journey.
ITP team is responsible for all activities of a particular function in the cycle of Invoice to Pay, including but not limited to Supplier Invoice Receipt, Invoice Processing and Posting, Payments, Query Management, Vendor Reconciliation, Quality Control & Reporting, etc. in line with company policies, procedures, and performance excellence expectations
Main Responsibilities:
1. Invoice receipt & processing
- Manage/control the general e-mail boxes, assign invoices;
- Invoice data entry in Oracle;
- Match invoices to Oracle Purchase Orders;
- Match invoices with GRN (for Oracle 3 Way Match Cases);
- Manage approvals;
- Manage discrepancies/missing data with stakeholders where necessary;
- Ensure Deposits/Prepayments to suppliers in line with policy.
2. Payment processing
- Generate and complete the payment documents based on the policies and timelines;
- Process manual and batch payments;
- Generate the Payment Authority document from Oracle AP Module & disseminate to relevant station finance.
3. Compliance & Reporting
- Generate Oracle Reports in line with the AP Monthly Reporting Cycle and submit to endorsement and approval;
- Prepare the vendor reconciliation statement in line with the plan and procedures;
- Prepare the adjusting journal entries on AP transactions upon instructions from Supervisor;
- Co-ordinate, follow-up and maintain the assigned Balance Sheet Schedule database for Accounts Payable.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business/Accounting/Finance
- Experience with Accounts Receivable processes in a multinational environment;
- Excellent English language communication;
- User level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel;
- ERP knowledge, experience with Oracle/JD Edwards is a plus;
- Experience with Lean/6Sigma is a plus.
