Designation: Customer support/ service executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handling customers calls through Toll Free Number.

Query handling, educate customers on products and services, cross selling.

Eligibility: Should have good command over Malayalam and English with any other additional language.

Salary: 14 - 19.5k CTC Per month ( incl of ESIC & PF)

Shift: Rotational shifts (Must be time flexible and able to work in a rotational shift system including Public holidays and weekends)

Qualification: Bachelors degree from any stream (Mandatory)

Location: Kalamaserry, Kochi.
