Your Role and Responsibilities
- Apply problem solving skills to diagnose customer issues, provide thoughtful, expert advice to help mitigate problems.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3+ years experience in software support/maintenance, Work experience on cloud technologies like AWS / OCP / Azure, Java / JMS, Networks etc. Expertise in Unix/Windows platforms. Knowledge on MQ will be an added advantage.Ability to pickup product and technical skills quickly and become productive at the earliest.Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience debugging complex issues. Preferred Work timings 11AM 8PM.
