Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in project management, design, and construction supervision. The role will require traveling to multiple project locations, including Latur, Alandi, and Indore, so flexibility and a willingness to travel is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
- Conduct site visits to Latur, Alandi, and Indore for project assessments, progress reviews, and construction supervision.
- Oversee the design, analysis, and planning of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, drainage systems, and utilities.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and site staff.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including technical reports, specifications, and contracts.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or construction-related issues on-site.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, materials, and site activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering.
- Proven experience in project management, design, and construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D), and construction materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Latur, Alandi, and Indore locations.
- Familiarity with local construction codes and regulations in India.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel via car, train, or air when necessary.
