- Passenger Service: Provide personalized and exceptional customer service to passengers on private charter flights. Understand and cater to the specific needs and preferences of individual passengers.
- Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of passengers and the aircraft during all phases of flight. Conduct pre-flight safety briefings, demonstrate safety equipment usage, and be prepared to handle emergencies if they arise.
- Catering and Hospitality: Oversee catering arrangements for each charter flight, ensuring that the appropriate food, beverages, and amenities are available according to passengers' preferences and any special dietary requirements.
- Cabin Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the cabin, including tidying up during the flight and thorough cleaning after each flight.
- Flight Coordination: Coordinate with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure passengers a seamless and comfortable travel experience.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Be prepared for changes in flight schedules, destinations, and passenger requests, and handle such situations with flexibility and adaptability.
- Privacy and Discretion: Respect passengers' privacy and maintain confidentiality, especially when dealing with high-profile or VIP clients.
- In-Flight Entertainment: Assist passengers with the use of in-flight entertainment systems and ensure that all entertainment options are operational.
- Passenger Briefing: Provide passengers with pertinent information about the flight, destinations, and any special arrangements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all relevant aviation regulations, security procedures, and company policies.
