Job Description

 Handle customer complaints
 Follow up to ensure resolution
 Keep records of customer interaction
 Process customer accounts and file documents   Internship Detail
1. Working days : Monday to Saturday
2. Working hours : 9 hours  Punch In Time : Male Interns : 8.00 am to 10.00 am  Punch In Time : Female Interns : 8.00 am to 9.30 am  (Interns have to complete 9 hours for a day respectively)   3. Rotational Off
4. Qualification: Pursuing degree or completed any graduation 
5. Duration : 3 months
6. Condition applied : No leaves will be given for 3 months 7. Internship Certificate will be Provided on completion of internship
