 Sales Engineer

Job Description

  • Responsible for Sales and collections in assigned B2B accounts and projects. 
  • Meet customers (Online or in person) every week and Promote sales activities personally, by developing and concentrating on new Key Accounts and developing business with existing Accounts. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers online or in person. Conduct customer presentations and sales/project proposals.
  • Perform market intelligence activities covering pricing, market positioning, service development and prospect identification. Mapping of inactive clients and connecting with them to understand any Prospective Sales Lead.
  • Understanding and implementing designs from technical drawings & Liasioning with Electrical Consultants and Architects for approval of products in ongoing projects.
  • Preparation of tender document and Negotiation of tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  • Calculation of client quotations and administered client accounts.
  • Log and maintain updated customer profile/activities/opportunities in the CRM.
  • Collect customer feedback and update Sales management.
  • Analyze the market in order to identify future customer requirements; participate in the development of the sales strategies.
  • Proposal preparation including tender documents and submission as per requisite format.
  • Keep up to date on in-house as well as OEM represented and services. 
  • Monitoring order processing, invoicing, overdue s and follow up 
  • Follow Quality Management system requirements. 
  • You have responsibility of execution of all above job descriptions and along with that you have following authorities

    1. Decision making in consultation with the Reporting Manager
