As a Senior Technical Manager - Construction, Mining, Cement Fleet, you serve as a strategic importance for India business growth in line with Industrial Lubricants Growth Strategy in direct business, new sectors growth in indirect business and expansion of customer solutions like Spare Parts and develop capabilities for internal staff and industrial distributors.
Scope: Construction OEMs, Mining, Cement, Construction and Fleet New Business- Spare Parts and Industrial Services Coverage- PAN India
What's the role
- Define medium to long term Lubricants technology and innovation strategy for the sectors, based on deep insights on Industry, consumer, competition and E2E value chain.
- Develop ecosystem/platform for industrial services solutions basis customer needs, trends.
- Techno commercial value proposition development while managing interfaces with in and outside lubricants business.
- Joint technology roadmap for strategic OEMs/Key accounts (new approvals, co-engineering, co-development, futuristic solutions, and sustainability initiatives to decarbonize sector)
- Develop capabilities of channel as well Shell staff, jointly work on business lead

Furthermore, you will have:
- Degree in Engineering and MBA
- 10-15 years of total experience especially in key sectors or OEM catering to required sectors as per job requirement at mid management level in technology, commercial, business development, Operation and maintenance or services.
- Develop technology roadmap basis industry insights which address current and future needs of sector. Experience in managing industrial lubricants and industrial services in core industrial sectors is desirable.
- Evaluates and capture opportunities based on broad strategic fit, economics, and financial context
- Project and contract Management Skills
- Innovation - Skillful in developing value base solutions and sustainability models to reduce sector carbon footprints.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
