Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing and inside sales initiatives for our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Solutions. This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, managing digital and content marketing, and driving lead generation to support our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably within the PLM or enterprise software space, and a strong understanding of inside sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to promote PLM solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to craft compelling messaging and value propositions.
  • Oversee creation of marketing collateral, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and webinars.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, SEO/SEM, paid media, and social media.
  • Manage industry events, webinars, and trade shows, ensuring effective brand presence.

Inside Sales Management

  • Build and lead an inside sales team focused on lead qualification and pipeline development.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and continuously optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Develop lead nurturing workflows using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Align inside sales activities with outbound campaigns, events, and digital initiatives.

Market Intelligence & Enablement

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights.
  • Support sales teams with tools, presentations, and campaigns to improve conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and stakeholders to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and/or inside sales, preferably in PLM, ERP, or engineering software.
  • Proven track record of managing integrated marketing campaigns and sales enablement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of PLM technologies and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in CRM,marketing automation tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of PLM platforms like Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault Systmes 3DEXPERIENCE, or Autodesk Fusion Lifecycle.
  • Experience working with engineering and manufacturing clients.
