Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Monitoring booking of expensed timely and accurately.
- Verification of Booked expenses as per statutory requirements.
- Filing TDS returns, TDS assessments, resolution of TDS notices. Working of TDS on salary deduction, payment communication with employees, calling proof of investments, sharing form 16.
- Filling all GST returns, GST Audit by CA and GST Audit by Govt. department, resolution of GST notices submissions, Refund Applications, Resolutions of Queries raised by customers, vendors, GST credit verification on monthly basis and resolution of all queries in coordination with purchase, service marketing department and vendors.
- Preparation of Quarterly financial positions for Advance Tax working as well as for management.
- Preparation for Audited Balance sheet Audit by statutory auditors resolution of auditors query, sharing details and document required / asked by statutory auditors.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience 10 yrs in manufacturing industry.
5 yrs of independently handling GST, TDS, Income Tas, Audit and Balance sheet till Assessment.
Qualification M.Com / Inter CA
