Urgent : Land Surveyors (GPS & Total Station) @ Muscat , Oman
Our client , offers Precision Surveying Equipment ( Theodolites , Total Solutions , GPS Equipment ) , Utilities Detectors (Radio detectors) , Utility locating with GPR , Telecom Operations, Calibration , Servicing & various Telecom Machines ) , Drones : From Oil &Gas , Marine Exploration & Construction) , HDPE : Welding Machines
They are urgently looking for Land Surveyors for GPS & Total Station operations@ Muscat
No of openings : 4 No
Qualification & Experience :
- Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Geomatics / surveying or mapping , with 5 + Years experience in GPS & Total Station operations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & 3D software
- Prior 2 to 3 years of Middle East Experience preferred
- GPS & Total Station operators should operate & maintain surveying equipment, including GPS & Total Stations, to accurately measure & map land features & property boundaries.

Responsibilities:
- Topographic & Land Surveying Accurate terrain mapping
- Construction & BIM Reliable as-built documentation
- Industrial & Factory Scanning Quality control & maintenance
- Cultural Heritage & Archaeology Preserving historical sites
- Measure & map construction sites & mark locations of key features, such as buildings, roads, & utilities.
- Verify that construction plans & survey specifications are accurate & complete.
- Collaborate with engineers & construction personnel to plan & implement new construction projects.
- Use specialized tools & technology, such as total stations & GPS systems, to gather & analyze data.
- Create & update detailed records & maps of surveyed areas.
- Monitor ongoing construction projects to ensure compliance with survey specifications & safety regulations.
- Provide guidance & assistance to construction workers to ensure accurate measurements.
- Prepare reports & presentations of survey findings for project stakeholders & regulatory agencies.
