Job Description

• Performs a subset of the software engineering activities required to develop a software solution or product.
• Describes the software functions and requirements
• Formalizes of the software specification and the architectural design to develop the software solution or product
• Codes and tests the software components

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze S/w needs whatever the used means (e.g. advanced studies, simulations, mock-ups, models, prototypes, )
• Develop, document, Formalizes of the software specification and maintain complex architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems and/or product.
• Code development and tests from software requirements as per DO178B/C standards
• Provides technical leadership for software projects and mentor the team as needed.
• Debugging and bug fixing and resolving complex problems by using Tests Benches simulating aircraft cockpits.
• Prepares and performs the software integration, verification, Regression and unit

Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with 8+ years experience, or Master s degree in field with 5+ years experience in SDLC
• Worked in Linux platform with C++ 11/14 Development. Have worked on Threads, Thread Synchronization, IPC Mechanisms, Design Patterns, COTS package library usage.
• Worked in Arinc 771 or Arinc 781 SATCOM.
• UML Diagrams knowledge.
• Networking concepts - OSI layers, TCP, UDP, IP Protocols.
• Device drivers knowledge on I2C, SPI, PCI and ARINC 429.
• Knowledge on yocto or build root linux project build creation.
