We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust foundation in PHP, front-end technologies, and databases, coupled with a strong eagerness for professional growth and development across the entire technology stack. The successful applicant will engage in the comprehensive development of web applications, addressing both back-end functionalities and front-end experiences, while also having the opportunity to explore modern frameworks and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications utilizing PHP and its associated frameworks.
- Create responsive, user-centric interfaces using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Work with MySQL to facilitate data storage, retrieval, and optimization.
- Collaborate effectively with team members through Git, ensuring adherence to version control protocols and conducting code reviews.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance of existing code and applications.
- Contribute to the planning and architectural design of new features and modules.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Full Stack or Web Developer.
- Proficiency in PHP and familiarity with at least one PHP framework (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony).
- Comprehensive knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and principles of responsive front-end development.
- Demonstrated experience with MySQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git and established version control workflows.
- Understanding of fundamental web application architecture and MVC design patterns.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and AJAX.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with React and its frameworks (e.g., Next.js).
- Experience with jQuery.
- Proficient understanding of Linux environments and command-line tools.
- Knowledge of Apache web server configuration.
- Exposure to caching technologies such as Memcached or Redis.
- Experience or interest in Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Marathi, Hindi, and English is required.
Salary

Schedule
- The work schedule will be during the day shift.
Ability to Commute/Relocate
- The position is located at the Savitribai Phule Pune University Campus in Pune, Maharashtra.
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute or be prepared to relocate prior to beginning employment (this is a mandatory requirement).
Important Note
- Interviews will be conducted in person; no online or telephone conversations will be accommodated.
- Candidates must demonstrate fluency in Marathi.
- The organization does not permit remote work arrangements in any situation.
